- Participation in National Inclusion Week with employee activities across the Group
- Employee Assistance Programme offering 24-hour confidential one-to-one support and advice
- Active partnership with Tpas, Disability Confident, and a Mindful Employer
- Non-biased recruitment training and development
- Continuous professional development for all Working Group members
- Internal review of employee ethnic group classifications to ensure proper representation is achieved
- In-house on-line ‘Equal Opportunities and Dignity at Work’ training module developed
- Improvements in the Appraisal process to ensure fair and thorough reviews at all levels
