The Electrical Industry Awards 2019 took place on Thursday 24 October at the Palace Suite at the Royal Garden Hotel, Kensington, London.

The evening was a celebration of the best electrical industry professionals and rewarded a whole host of proactive approaches to individual achievement, technical innovation, and supply-chain collaboration. Joe Dale, Small Works Engineer at Sureserve Fire & Electrical, completed an Electrical Apprenticeship with the business through JTL. Joe's Training Officer at JTL nominated Joe for “Electrical Apprentice of the Year” award and Joe was shortlisted to the final six.

He was invited to attend the Awards ceremony where they enjoyed a champagne reception, a three course meal, a guest speaker and of course the Award ceremony. We'd like to congratulate Joe for his determination and hard work, and look forward to seeing him develop within the business.

Joe's nomination is a testament to his ability and hard-work throughout his time of study, and he is one of a growing number of Apprentices that have joined the Group and benefitted from experienced mentoring, hands-on training and focused development, going on to accomplish great things for themselves and the businesses they work for.
