The Sureserve Group is pleased to announce that K&T Heating has successfully secured a long-term Domestic Gas Servicing, Repair and Installation contract with Tower Hamlets Homes. The contract term is capped at 10 years, commencing on 1^st April 2022 and is expected to generate sales revenue of £20 million over the entirety of the contract term. Tower Hamlets Homes is an Arm's Length Management Organisation delivering housing support services to over 11,500 tenanted homes on behalf of The London Borough of Tower Hamlets.  

This order complements Sureserve Group's recent full year announcement on 25 January 2022, detailing a £527.1m order book at the start of Sureserve's current financial year, which provides the Group with long-term visibility of earnings.
