Scope of Work: Planned plant room and radiator upgrades across Clarion Housing Groups commercial properties in the East of England. 

Description: Our dedicated Contract Manager maintained a close relationship with Clarion Housing Group, carefully managing the detailed programme of works and resource across individual projects, to ensure our adherence to priority timeframes and full compliance with Clarion’s requirements and statutory regulations. Our tried and tested approach included a pre-installation survey, explaining to each building user what to expect and providing them the opportunity to ask questions. Our detailed handover ensured building users were both happy with the installation and understood how to use it.

Our team worked to our accredited management systems, ISO9001 Quality, ISO14001 Environmental, ISO50001 Energy, ISO45001 Health and Safety, Tpas (customer engagement quality mark) ensuring that we delivered a first-class, bespoke and consistent end-user focused service at all times.

Resource: Maintaining exceptional KPI performance, our dedicated in-house delivery team were highly responsive. They operated a 24/7/365 rota, which gave us flexibility and ensured we always met Clarion’s requirements. 

  • Experienced commercial operatives were qualified in fuel types including gas, oil and renewable technologies; complemented by a team of electricians and multi-skilled tradespeople.
  • Trained Customer Liaison Officer and 24/7/365 call centre provided building users with a local point of contact.
