Scope of Work: Planned heating installations for E.ON’s private sector customers including gas and air source heat pump heating and hot water systems. We completed over 125 installations last year.

Description: Our dedicated Contract Manager maintains a close relationship with E.ON, carefully managing the detailed programme of works and resource across all workstreams to ensure our adherence to priority timeframes and full compliance with E.ON and homeowner requirements and statutory regulations. Our tried and tested approach includes a pre-installation survey- explaining to each homeowner what to expect and providing them the opportunity to ask questions. Our detailed handover ensures homeowners are both happy with the installation and understands how to use it.

Our team work to our accredited management systems, ISO9001 Quality, ISO14001 Environmental, ISO50001 Energy, ISO45001 Health and Safety, Tpas (customer engagement quality mark) ensuring that we deliver a first-class, bespoke and consistent customer focused service at all times.

Resource: Maintaining exceptional KPI performance, our dedicated in-house delivery team are highly responsive. They operate a 24/7/365 rota, which gives us flexibility and ensures we always meet both EON and homeowner requirements. 

  • Experienced installation operatives are qualified in all fuel types including gas and renewable technologies complemented by a teams of electricians and muli-skilled tradespeople.
  • Trained Customer Liaison Officer and 24/7/365 call centre provide homeowners with a local point of contact. 
  • Expert ICT technicians have developed a secure two-way ICT interface between our systems, enabling us to accurately monitor and report on the contract efficiently (in real-time), providing a transparent audit trail.
