• Supply temporary plant whilst works were carried out.

➢ 2x CHWS Puffer PSF 800L mild steel LTHW buffer vessels.
➢ External Twin wall Stainless steel vertical Flue Pipe to run externally and terminate above the roof.
➢ 18x different types of pump.
➢ Water Conditioner Units.
➢ Corrosion Monitors and Heat meters

Internal Works:

• Installation of new Radiators, Altecnic HIU’s and Sycous Heat meters within 68 dwellings.

Distribution Pipework:

• All new Distribution pipework from the Plant room to all dwellings including civils and all associated reinstatement works.

Electrical Works:

• Installation of new BEMS control panel with interface to suit all new plant.
• Full containment and wiring of all plant items.
• Commissioning of controls and strategy for sequencing plant.
