We were commissioned to undertake the installation of 3 x Remeha Gas 220 floor standing boilers supplying 69 x HIU’s across 3 separate residential blocks. All associated works, including new boosted cold water supplies, were incorporated into the upgrade of the existing district heating network and additional services were provided to the newly constructed community centre, with all works being completed within the agreed 14 Months timescale.

New Boiler / Plant Room:

• Supply temporary plant whilst works were carried out.
• Supply and Fit;

➢ 3x Remeha Gas 220 ACE 250 floor mounted condensing gas boilers.
➢ 2x CHWS Puffer PSF 800L mild steel LTHW buffer vessels.
➢ External Twin wall Stainless steel vertical Flue Pipe to run externally and terminate above the roof.
➢ 18x different types of pump.
➢ Water Conditioner Units.
➢ Corrosion Monitors and Heat meters

Internal Works:

• Installation of new Radiators, Altecnic HIU’s and Sycous Heat meters within 68 dwellings.

Distribution Pipework:

• All new Distribution pipework from the Plant room to all dwellings including civils and all associated reinstatement works.

Electrical Works:

• Installation of new BEMS control panel with interface to suit all new plant.
• Full containment and wiring of all plant items.
• Commissioning of controls and strategy for sequencing plant.
