Annually we run the Sureserve Group Customer Excellence Awards which is an opportunity for people from across the Group to nominate a colleague who has excelled in their customer service during the year. Suong Nguyen of K&T Heating was chosen as 2020’s winner. Suong showed excellent levels of professionalism and customer service during a routine service when he identified a situation that posed an immediate danger to the building occupier. Suong kept his head and made sure that the proper protocols were followed to make sure the resident's health was safeguarded.
