The Sureserve Group delivers a range of heating systems to local authorities, housing associations, homeowners and private landlords including gas boilers, air source heat pumps and ground source heat pumps, currently managing over 400,000 properties across the UK.

The services we provide include emergency callout facilities, service programmes to meet compliance requirements, installations and repairs to gas appliances and systems, void works, building and associated works, and electrical installations and repair.

Within the installation and delivery team, everyone is fully qualified and the aftercare and maintenance teams are equipped with vehicles which carry essential stock items. The on-demand service is managed through our 24/7 call centre, with specific job communications made through mobile hand-held devices to ensure optimum response times.

We have the necessary MCS installer accreditations to install a range of air and ground source heat pumps. Once installed correctly, air and ground source heat pumps are virtually maintenance free; all that is required is an annual check by a qualified tradesman to make sure the units are working properly and the vents are clear. As well as designing the heating installations, we are able to survey and install further energy saving measures in the properties in which we work, maximising fuel savings and financial savings for the client.
