Sure Maintenance started work in July 2011 after successfully tendering for the contract which was then retendered and secured until July 2018.

We are employed by local authorities and housing associations to develop, regenerate, refurbish and maintain their housing stock, with careful consideration for the needs and expectations of residents and their communities.
Much of our work is within occupied homes, carrying out a mixture of internal and external works projects, through long term framework and partnering agreements and one-off contracts. Our project delivery teams provide a personal service to our customers and their residents. They work with them to shape the service required and to set the standards for successful delivery. The values we hold as a business, together with the passion of our employees, enables us to make a real difference to the homes and lives of residents.
