Sure Maintenance made certain that their teams were prepared to deliver services to GPHG’s stock profile of nearing fifteen thousand properties throughout the period, with regionally specific van stocks and appliance specific training delivered to their operatives. These steps led to first-time fix rates dramatically improving into the high 90% range, and has had a direct impact on customer satisfaction.
