Lakehouse was responsible for delivering all planned and reactive electrical works throughout the borough, ensuring the design, components and installation comply with industry standards and best practice.
Camden is a diverse borough in which we have successfully integrated to ensure we are able to fully understand residents’ needs and aspirations. We used our resident profiling procedure to enhance Camden’s Vulnerable Persons list, allowing us to effectively plan works with these people in mind. We mapped our Customer Services planning to manage residents’ expectations and ensure high access rates.
We agreed with Camden a series of standard documents on which survey information was recorded and reported. All survey information was entered into shared ICT systems for verification and authorisation. We worked with Camden’s ICT team to create a series of web forms delivering two way updates, giving visibility of tasks orders to our supply chain along with accurate and current information to the Camden contact centre. The system allowed jobs to be issued, varied and closed in a very accessible format.
We facilitated regular collaborative events to promote partnering including core groups, resident working parties, and quality circles.
